ShengHe International Metal Materials Co., Ltd is a sales devision of Wuhan Zhongye Group, we are located in Chang′ An town, Dongguan City, which is well known as"Center Of Hardware and Mold Making" all over the world and enjoy superior position with both convenient transportation and completed infrastructures.

Our headquarters Wuhan Zhongye is equiped with casting pig iron smelting system, treatment system for raw material before iron, special steel smelting and refining system, production processing and distribution system, as well as chemical product chain, "LFC" casting production chain, V-casting production chain, centrifugal casting production chain, forging production chain, ESR production chain, heat treatment production chain and machining production chain, etc.

Among them, the forging workshop has various types of equipment, including 1.5-12t electro-hydraulic hammer, 800t fast forging press, several sets of 1600t fast forging press, 2000t forging press, 3150t forging press, 3500 forging press, 4500 forgingpress, 6000 forging press and 8000 forging press.

The large type heating furnace and heat treatment equipment include dozens of gantry CNC boring and milling machine, floor-type boring machine, lathe, grinding machine, saw machine and other machining equipment, which can meet all kinds of demands in forging, heat treatment and coarse, fine machining for forging materials, forging pieces, block and round bar and other new materials.

With powerful support of our mill, ShengHe has good advantage in supplying various mold steel and tool steel, especially forged steel.

Apart from our headquaters, ShengHe has our own factory in Dongguan, we also cooperate flexibly with domestic steel mills, which allows us to offer sufficient supply for plastic mould steel, cold work steel, hot work steel, engineering steel and high speed steel. Besides supplying steel raw material, our factory also process cutting and maching for steel according to customer′s requirement.
